We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Farm Park team.
We're currently looking for a few new staff members to work admission shed shifts during school holidays.
Job Description
Church Farm is a popular farm park attraction for families with young children. The admission shed is the start of the customer journey into the farm park selling tickets, animal feed, snacks, drinks and ice-cream.
The Admission Shed Assistant is a key role in providing a warm welcome and fantastic customer service to all users of the farm park.
Job Hours
This is a part-time position to fill shifts at weekends and during Wirral school holidays until the end of October.
You will usually be offered up to 4 days per week in school holidays and one day at a weekend during term time.
Normal working hours are 9.45am – 5.15pm. Some flexibility will be required to fill in absence when required.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service
- Setting up park equipment each morning
- Clearing away farm equipment each evening
- Selling and checking farm admission tickets
- Maintaining accurate sales records including ticket stubs
- Reporting on complaints or problems
- Ensuring all facilities are clean and swept
Summary of Experience
No previous experience required as full training will be given, however any experience in a high pressure sales environment will be beneficial, and most importantly, a can-do, people focused attitude will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
