Parties are usually booked on Saturdays and Sundays. On each day there is a morning slot, 11 - 1 and an afternoon slot, 2 - 4. It may also be possible to book parties during the week, or in holidays, by special request.

Itinerary

The exact activities for each party vary based on the season, the weather and the age of the children involved. A party slot of two hours consists of 90 minutes' activities and 30 minutes for lunch / tea. We provide an eating area but not any food.

Food

Any food must be supplied by you. We recommend you consider guest allergies when selecting food.

Costs

The cost of party is �136.17 + VAT for up to 20 children.

Any extras over 20 (up to 30 children) must be approved first and cost at �8 per child. No charge is made for upto 6 adults; they're permitted on the trailer as space allows. Numbers of adults over 6 will be charged at �5 each.

Booking

To make a booking please come to the farm shop or give us a call with payment card details. A non-refundable deposit of �60 is required at the time of booking, which is deducted from the total amount.

Further help for party hosts

When inviting guests you can mention our website www.churchfarm.org.uk which has a map and directions to the farm. Upon arrival, please go up to the conservatory area. Parking is available nearby. Ensure little guests are dressed appropriately for the conditions - Wellington boots recommended.
