Q.
How does the ride time work?
A.
You will be booked into a specific ride time. The ride
time you book will be the time the trailer leaves the
boarding area. If you're late you will not be allowed
to ride so please arrive at least 15 mins before your
booked ride departure time.

Q.
Are there any group discounts?
A.
Due to the high demand for tickets we are not able to
offer any group or charity discounts on this ride. You
can save money by booking online where discounts already
apply.
Special
days are available for school and playgroups- see the
seperate info page for this.

Q.
Do we need to pay for children under 1 year old?
A.
Children under 1 year old will be admitted on the ride
free of charge providing they do not occupy a seat on
the trailer. This means that children must be carried
or sit on the knee of accompanying adults. Please note
that the forest paths may not be suitable for prams and
we therefore recommend that young children are carried
on the tractor ride too. Under 1's will not usually receive
a gift.

Q.
When will my tickets arrive?
A.
Tickets booked online or over the phone are retained for
collection before your booked ride time. They will not
be posted out to you. Please try to arrive about 15 minutes
before your ride departure time so you can collect your
tickets and be ready for the ride to depart at the booked
time.
